protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

    (information or software) on Action Archery's website for personal,
    non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license,

Any claim relating to Action Archery's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Arbitration

If a dispute arises from or relates to this contract or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through direct discussions, the parties agree to endeavor first to settle the dispute by mediation administered by professional of the customers choosing before resorting to arbitration so long as Action Archery has agreed with the selection of the mediator/arbitrator and the related proceedings are held in Orlando, FL. The parties further agree that any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

10. Refunds & Warranty

All Action Archery merchandise is backed by a 30-day guarantee against any manufacturers defects.  Should a defect be found the customer will send the defective product back to Action Archery and a replacement will be issued.

Any merchandise returned for a refund must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the date of order and must be returned unopened and undamaged.
